Don’t miss today’s port tasting from 4-5:30 p.m. Today, Friday November 10, we’ll be tasting different styles of port and contrasting them to Madeira wines. Port and Madeira are quintessential Thanksgiving wines, pairing superbly with pumpkin or nut pies. Add Madeira to mushroom stuffing and take it up a notch. And, if we have wine left, we’ll be pouring tastes on Saturday, Nov. 11th also.
Speaking of mushrooms, we now carry spectacular dried mushrooms from France. Choose from dried Black Trumpet, Morel, or Chanterelles. Concentrated and intensely flavored, with great texture they can be the centerpiece of any dish.
French and Spanish holiday treats are here. The holidays inspire sweets for everyone, and we’ve now got your favorites in stock.
