Viña Tondonia Rosado Rioja Gran Reserva 2010 ($40.00)  Extremely limited, 6 bottles in stock.  No discounts, limited to one bottle per customer.  30% Tempranillo, 60% Garnacha, 10% Viura, fermented spontaneously in 25,000 liter vats, then aged 4 years in neutral 225 liter vats.  Bottle aged for an additional 5 years.  Clearly, this aging regimen creates a rosé unlike any other on the market. Extremely dry and savory, with notes of almonds and hazelnuts and slightly oxidyzed.  With a smooth texture, body and complexity due to lengthy oak aging, it pairs wonderfully with Asian, spicy foods and charcuterie.
