Etorki sheep cheese is back in stock: A creamy and sweet cheese loved equally by kids and adults. Made with the local Manech ewe’s milk from southwestern France, the cheese is lightly aged for 3 to 6 months. Smooth and velvety with notes of hazelnuts, it makes a fantastic toasted cheese sandwich. Pairs wonderfully with Albariño or rosé wines.
